At LUVO, we stand behind the quality of our paddles and are committed to providing premium products built for performance and durability.

Warranty Policy

All LUVO paddles include a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

This includes:

  • Core defects
  • Delamination
  • Structural faults caused during manufacturing

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • LUVO reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims

If approved, a replacement paddle will typically be issued within 10 business days of receiving the paddle.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage or fading graphics
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Edge guard damage from contact with the ground or other paddles
  • Damage caused by hitting objects other than a pickleball
  • Modifications made after purchase
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Paddles purchased from unauthorized sellers

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
