At LUVO, we stand behind the quality of our paddles and are committed to providing premium products built for performance and durability.
Warranty Policy
All LUVO paddles include a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
This includes:
- Core defects
- Delamination
- Structural faults caused during manufacturing
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty is non-transferable
- LUVO reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims
If approved, a replacement paddle will typically be issued within 10 business days of receiving the paddle.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage or fading graphics
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Edge guard damage from contact with the ground or other paddles
- Damage caused by hitting objects other than a pickleball
- Modifications made after purchase
- Commercial or rental use
- Paddles purchased from unauthorized sellers
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
